The United Inventors Association of America (UIA) is a great resource for inventors! If you aren’t familiar with them you can start by checking out the article they wrote about Enhance Product Development last month.
The UIA thoroughly researches any proposed changes to intellectual property laws, and works closely with the U.S. Patent Office on educating the public about intellectual property. Their board is made up of seasoned veterans in their fields, which range from product development companies to marketing executives. Every board member has extensive experience with bringing products to market in some way, shape or form.
My favorite UIA resource for inventors is the Inventor Education Forum. The forum is full of interesting conversations that you can learn from by reading, or participating. If you can’t find an answer to your question, feel free to start a new topic and see what others have to say about it. The forum is a great place to connect and learn from fellow inventors.
